To get this achievement you need to wait for the Swab This! quest in Tiragarde sound, in Freehold area.
Alliance players can get it from Rodrigo's Revenge

For this quest you need to go to the Freehold

And mount the Riding Macaw parrot.
You can get Bless the Rains Down in Freehold if you hit several items.

This world quest was bugged on beta, (can't interact with the parrot) but i hope it's fixed.

You can get this achievement from the quest "Rodrigo's Revenge" to ride the parrot while leveling as well.

Sweete's Feast is on the balcony walkway by the Ring of Booty Arena.

The Cart of Cutlasses is west along the road that runs into the Ring of Booty.

The Banana Hoard is on the balcony of the tavern you question Nub Nub in to the south of the Cart.

The Blacktooth Brew is a stew pot in the lower section along the cliff edge by a lean to structure.

For us horde this achievement is more about getting the RNG world quest "Swab this!" to actually spawn! It took me 1.5 month to get this achievement...

update: the previous version of this script will not work as of shadowlands pre-patch (9.0.1). it has been updated but not tested extensively.

in order to more easily track your progress on this and other bfa achievements that require that specific world quests are available, you can run the following:

you can run the lines individually, using Paste / CopyPasta, or with an extended macro using Macro Toolkit.

if you've already completed an achievement on the current character it will be skipped, otherwise the achievement name will be listed along with whether or not the required quest is available:
true = achievement is not completed, and the required quest is available and should be added to the world quest tracker
false = achievement is not completed but not the required quest available

it will also print the number of quests currently available, but if you've already completed all of the achievements nothing will be displayed.

May 26, 2019. Patch 8.1.5. lvl 120 Shadow Priest, WM on.

The four objectives are not surrounded by any mobs. With moderate accuracy, you can get the Achievement without hitting any pirates, and without completing the World Quest.

OMG don't do what I did and run around trying to put world markers down before getting on the bird! YOU CAN'T SEE ANY OF THE OBJECTS unless you have mounted the parrot!

I ran around for about 20minutes looking for them LOL .... they are super obvious once you are on the bird :)

I was finally able to get this today as Horde with the World Quest "Swab This" finally available.

I used the coordinates from Varenne's post as tomtom markers. I zoomed in the minimap a few clicks to get a more exact location of the markers.

I changed my view to first person. That made it easier to spot the targets.

You cannot target the Cart/Hoard/Feast/Brew by using /tar. The objects will glow yellow as you mouse over them.

Focus on getting these before you kill too many pirates and complete the world quest.

Does the quest for this ever come up? I've been watching for it for months and haven't seen swab this a single time.

To help anyone who understands things more visually

CRUCIAL: you can wave your mouse around; the items in question each have a tooltip. A few other things around have tooltips too, like "Forge" and "Anvil"

The brew is in a large cauldron, from overhead it looks like it's a glowing dot next to a bus shack or roof over a guard-stand. In fact it looks pretty unguarded from even the road, but at this angle, they'll never know what hit them. IT'S A GLOWING DOT ALONG THE ROADSIDE.

Sweete's table is a big round thing that looks like it has a few snacks and it's surprising that nobody's sitting at the table. After you glop it, they won't want to. IT'S A DINING ROOM TABLE OUTDOORS.

For some reason spotting the cart of cutlasses was hard for me to spot. It's also larger than I expected. IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A WHEELBARROW CART COMBO and is larger than many cart like objects around, outside its building.

The hoard of bananas was okay to spot but hard to target, it looks frankly a lot more like a CUT OPEN "BLOOMIN' ONION" ON A ROOF than bananas to me. But getting that aoe splat thrown at it from a side shot was a bit of a pill. Camera angle change might help you out on this one, don't despair, just once you know where it is pay attention during the loop, you'll get at least two shots every cycle before moving away.
- - - I fully admit I couldn't find this one without the video.

WHEN YOU GET ONE it does a little toast for the achievement advance, it's kind of nice to know it can tell that you hit. Oddly, it allowed me to see another toast for hitting the same thing again on an additional loop through. So, I got a little extra few shots in.
