Pet: Alloyed Alleyrat, Clanking Scrapsorter, Copper Hopper

This pet is obtainable within the Operation: Mechagon Mythic only dungeon.

Easy method on how to obtain by yourself:

Enter Operation: Mechagon, you don't need a group to do this
Check this location (behind the instance portal, walk right and cross over the mountain) for a Yellow Junkhopper, or this location for a Duskytooth Snooter, or really any pet you see close to Rustbolt (pets CAN spawn near aggressive mobs).
If you don't see any, walk through the instance portal and leave
Right click your portrait, reset the instance
Walk back in and check again

If the Yellow Junkhopper or Duskytooth Snooter are present, battle them. If you are lucky, one of the dungeon only pets will show up as a secondary pet. Three of four pets seem to be secondary. This may take a while to do.

In a group:

You can also obtain this pet as a primary pet, however you will need to access the underground portion of Mechagon. There are plenty of pets down here. You do not need to clear the instance fully, however you do need to to the point where you unlock underground access. I believe this is after the first five bosses. You could possibly share a lockout with someone who has cleared, if you can't do it yourself.

H4ND-EE is currently looking to be primary only, and in the underground part of the dungeon.

Trying to get to this pet solo, without killing any enemies, will get you a rather.... violent warning:
"Warning! Return to the mission area or you will be vaporized!"
A three second countdown is all you get before you are instantly killed.

If you have a well-geared character in 8.3, you can just solo Heroic to get to the lower area. Of course, standard caveat that some classes are better at soloing dungeons than others. I did it as a Fury Warrior.

I found a couple more things -

1. You can get the pets as secondaries with the Experimental Roach (red dots) as well. These can be found near Gunker's pools (south of Rustbolt) around 66.7, 62.8.

2. There is another spawn point for the Duskytooth Snooter around 68.8, 37.7.

Pet Battle: Operation: Mechagon

Though not real rats, they have taken over the back alleys of Mechagon City and carry diseased programs, earning them the name.
