Are all these bosses really in the Black Temple as the map on each indicates?

These bosses are on a weekly rotation. It will take you a minimum of 6 weeks to get this achievement.
You do need to complete Chapter 2 of the Argus Campaign to unlock the Greater Invasion Points. However, it is unlocked Account-wide so nice thing is you only have to do it once.

For players doing this post Legion:

Greater invasion points can be entered just as a raid portal, you don't have to do three lesser ones first and/or do a specific unlock quest (providing you opened up the Argus questline up till this point on your main)

Bosses are on a weekly rotation, finding out rotation and will try to edit / add the rotation as we go (I'm hunting for Sotanathor to complete this ach.)
Matron Folnuna was up in the week of 02/02/2019
Sotanathor was up in the week of 06/02/2019
Inquisitor Meto was up in the week of 13/02/2019
Mistress Alluradiel was up in the week of 06/03/2019

- I've solo'd Matron Folnuna as a i-lvl 387 disc priest easily, the trash / summoned adds don't even see or touch me, the boss herself can't break my shields or damage me. Her mind controlling gasp is the dealbreaker. If everyone (which means you if you're solo-ing) is mind controlled / asleep, she resets to 100% health after a certain time. She does the breath / gasp each time she reaches 100% energy. Not getting hit by the breath for ranged is easy: just step back 2 steps on max casting range. For melee: just stay in her back when she does the gasp.

- Sotanathor not easy to solo, had help from a (random) shadow priest and a warlock, who allowed me to drop off stacks and heal through the ever increasing damage of the stacks. Probably with proper management of the shadowfiend, fade and some running around doable, but difficult. If there'd be a trinket pet or something similar to could take temporary aggro when reaching 2-3 stacks soloable. Without pets / externals, harder.

- Tried soloing Inquisitor Meto, but his tank debuff eventually causes his tank debuff attack to hit you for 800% - 900% of the original damage, without ever dropping off. Disc priests that can't drop aggro on mindbenders and/or trinket summoned guardians or something similar are going to struggle to kill this one. Easier to find two friendly dps/tanks/healers that can taunt/out-aggro you, let them tank switch and kill the boss easily.

You can see which boss is up on the map (go to map, Broken Isles, Argus (in upper right corner)) if you have addons like world quest helper or similar. Mousing over the greater invasion marker on the map pops up the name of the current boss.

390 Ret pally perspective for soloing purposes

Pit Lord Vilemus - This guy hits like a truck and he reduces your health with a stacking ability. Could not solo this and still had trouble with a group of eight 120s.

Occularus - I was able to solo this by moving far enough away from the boss that his tank debuff no longer stacked. He would stay in the same spot. My strategy was to move in, beat the %^&* out of him, move out after a few stacks, heal up, repeat.

Mistress Alluradel - Solo'd thanks to Cavalier. She has a stacking buff on herself that increases her attack speed every time she lands a melee attack. Thankfully she does not move very fast. Intermittently she will cast a couple spells, so during this time I would use Divine Steed to get as far away as possible. The attack speed buff would tick off and I would have time to heal myself before she reached me. Rinse and repeat until dead.

Managed to solo Inquisitor Meto as a Prot Pally, but not without a good amount of stress and failure, even after figuring out a strat. Item Level was 403 at the time, unsure if lower item levels would manage; I could potentially see so, if they're able to manage up to 7 stacks of the Sow debuff.

Basically, the talents "Blessing of Spellwarding" and "Unbreakable Spirit" are necessary, as these will be the main ways to drop the debuff; and even then, Spellwarding has a chance to fail if the next Sow cast after the one it blocks goes in faster than the debuff can drop. Seems to be rather luck dependent on whether he staggers the Sow after the blocked one or not.

The damage is pretty consistent, even at lower stacks, but really start ramping up at 7. It's at 7 stacks I'd recommend trying to drop them; Divine Shield is a guaranteed drop, and Unbreakable Spirit will help with decreasing it's cool down. But the cool down is still rather long, which is why I say Spellwarding is a must.

While Divine Shield is on cool down, once you get to 7 stacks, make sure to time your Spellwarding shield so as to block the 8th Sow (Try to save casting it just before he casts the Sow, just to be safe.) With any luck, your Sow debuff should have enough time to drop before it happens again, but it comes very close from what I've seen; a lot of luck comes into play over whether he ends up staggering due to another attack or not. After that, by the time you get another 7 stacks, Divine Shield should be ready or close to ready, allowing for the guaranteed drop again.

You'll also need to be fairly liberal with defensive cool downs and Light of the Protector in order to help mitigate the damage, since around those stacks is when it gets tricky. I'd also recommend the "Seraphim" talent to help increase damage during the encounter, and thus ending it faster.

With that all considered, and making sure to alternate between Divine Shield and Spellwarding to drop stacks, took me almost 11 minutes to solo, and a total of 2 attempts with the strategy to complete. I'd rather recommend you'd bring someone else to help guarantee dropping the debuff, but if you don't have a friend or guildie to help, soloing is possible for Prot Pallies... but stressful, and not 100% guaranteed success.

Couldn't find a fully documented rotation anywhere, so I'll give it a shot for those still missing the achievement:

Week 1: Pit Lord Vilemus
Week 2: Occularus
Week 3: Mistress Alluradel
Week 4: Matron Folnuna

Will keep updating until it loops ^^

For now, based on rabhingm's comment, I would expect the rotation to go as follows:

Folnuna -> Sotanathor -> Meto -> Vilemus -> Occularus -> Alluradel
